Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to Must Be Yours Booth, operated by Must Be Mine LLC (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, you (referred to as "Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
1. Booking and Reservations
1.1. Reservation Requirements: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
1.2. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
1.3. Event Details: You must provide the exact date, time, and location of your event at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.
2.2. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of services.
2.3. Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for travel outside of 50 miles, overtime, or last-minute changes.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Client Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
3.2. Vendor Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking; we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative solution.
3.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
4. Services and Equipment
4.1. Photo Booth Setup: We will arrive 2 hours before the event to set up the photo booth, props, and decor. Setup time may vary based on the complexity of the design.
4.2. Equipment Malfunction: In the event of equipment failure, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
4.3. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a suitable space with access to power outlets and a stable surface for setup.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Damage to Equipment: You are liable for any damage to our equipment, props, or decor caused by you or your guests during the event.
5.2. Guest Behavior: You are responsible for ensuring that your guests use the photo booth and props responsibly. We reserve the right to suspend services if guests misuse equipment or behave inappropriately.
5.3. Access and Space: You must ensure that we have adequate access to the venue for setup and breakdown.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Photo Ownership: All photos taken during the event are the property of Must Be Yours Booth. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal purposes.
6.2. Marketing Use: We reserve the right to use photos from your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Must Be Mine LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your event.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
8.2. Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be bound by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
8.3. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Must Be Yours Booth. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.
